What is the minimum stay required?

Our minimum stay requirement varies depending on the season:

• We require a minimum stay of 7 nights during our peak summer months of July and August. This allows us to better manage availability and ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests. Please note that this minimum stay requirement may be flexible depending on our availability for your desired holiday arrangements. Feel free to inquire about shorter stays if they align with your needs.

• During the shoulder seasons in May, June, September, and October, we offer a more flexible minimum stay requirement of 4 nights. This gives you the opportunity for a long weekend getaway or a relaxing escape without a long commitment.

• We strive to make ReZen.Villas accessible year-round! During the off-season months from November to April, we offer our most flexible booking options. The minimum stay requirement is 3 nights, allowing you to enjoy a rejuvenating escape to sunny Murcia, even during the slightly cooler months.

Tip: For the best chance of securing your ideal getaway, book your stay in advance. Our apartments fill up quickly, especially in peak season, and you'll likely find better flight options and prices when you plan ahead.

How do I check availability for my preferred dates?

We're here to help you plan your perfect Spanish getaway! To tailor your experience, please provide the following information:

• Preferred arrival and departure dates

• Number of guests (including ages of children)

• Purpose of stay (leisure, business, special occasion, etc.)

• Desired number of suites (and any specific preferences)

• Special requests (e.g., cot, z-bed, accessibility needs, dietary restrictions)

How far is ReZen.Villas from the beach?

You have a choice! Depending on your preference (and confidence), you can choose between a scenic route or a quicker motorway option.

Scenic Route

Breathe in the fresh mountain air on a winding route through the hills. This beautiful drive takes approximately 32 minutes and covers 15.4 miles (24.8 kilometers).

Motorway Option

Enjoy a relaxing 31 minute journey on a clean, pothole-free motorway! The distance to the beach via this route is approximately 22.4 miles (36.1 kilometers).

Whichever route you choose, you're sure to enjoy a comfortable and scenic drive.

Is there car rental available?

While we don't offer car rental directly on-site due to our rural location, we highly recommend having a car to fully explore the beautiful surroundings. For your convenience, we recommend Flamenca Cars, a local company that provides excellent rental options from the airport.

We suggest booking your car rental in advance, especially during peak season, to ensure availability. You can find Flamenca Cars' website and contact information at https://flamencacars.com/ to make a reservation.

Check-In Time

We want your arrival to be smooth and relaxing. Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. This allows our housekeeping staff ample time to prepare your suite for your enjoyment.

Early Check-In

If you are arriving earlier than the standard check-in time and your suite is ready, we'll be happy to accommodate an early check-in. However, this is subject to availability. Please enquire in advance if you're interested in an early check-in.

Late Check-In

We understand that flights can sometimes get delayed. If you expect to arrive after the standard check-in time, please let us know in advance whenever possible. This will help us assist you better upon your arrival.

Check-Out Time

On the day of your departure, we kindly ask that you check out of your suite by 10:00 AM. This will allow our housekeeping staff to prepare the suite for incoming guests.

Making the Most of Your Departure Day

Even if your flight departs later in the day, you can still maximise your time at ReZen.Villas! Feel free to use our pool and other amenities until your departure time. Soak up the sun, take a refreshing swim, or simply relax by the poolside. We can offer safe luggage storage for your convenience. This allows you to explore the area unencumbered by your bags before your flight. If you have a late afternoon or evening flight, you can freshen up before your journey using the changing room and shower facilities available in our sauna area.

Tip: For a smooth departure, we recommend settling any outstanding charges the night before your check-out.

What is your cancellation policy?

To ensure a fair experience for all guests, please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy before booking your relaxing escape at ReZen.Villas.

For reservations during non-peak season:

• • Cancellations made 30 days or more before your arrival date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14-29 days of your arrival date will be charged a 75% fee of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

For reservations during peak season:

• • A minimum stay of 7 nights applies.

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before your arrival date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 30-59 days of your arrival date will be charged a 75% fee of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Please note: This policy is subject to change. We recommend checking the specific terms during the booking process.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the case of a serious emergency, such as a funeral or illness, please communicate with us as soon as possible. We are here to help and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

We will do our best to re-book your cancelled dates. If we are successful in finding a replacement guest, you will receive a full refund if the vacancy is filled at the original rate minus a €100 processing fee associated with the re-booking.

Do you allow pets?

While we love furry friends, ReZen.Villas is currently unable to accommodate pets.

This is because we have our resident dog, Fred, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix with a playful personality. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, particularly those with allergies, Fred is not allowed inside the guest suites.

Fred is very friendly and loves attention, but we kindly ask that guests refrain from feeding him as he has specific dietary needs and is on a raw food diet. He also generally avoids the pool area to prioritise guest comfort, although you might occasionally see him trotting through with Pete and Mark, as they go about their duties.

Are there any additional fees, such as cleaning or tourist tax?

The nightly rate is inclusive of cleaning fees and any applicable tourist taxes.

However, we do offer some optional meal services and beverage options for your convenience:

• Hot Evening Meals: We occasionally prepare delicious hot evening meals for around €15 per person.

• Lunches: Sometimes, lunches are also available for approximately €5.

• Continental Breakfast: A continental breakfast with occasional hot options is complimentary for our guests.

Drinks: We also offer a selection of beverages for purchase, with prices typically ranging from €2 for beers, spirits & mixers, to selections of wine by the glass.

Please note that these meals and drinks are optional, and you are welcome to explore the many restaurants and cafes a short drive if you prefer. We recommend checking the availability of meals during your stay, as they are offered occasionally.

What are the payment options and deposit requirements?

We want to make paying for your stay at ReZen.Villas as easy and transparent as possible!

Deposit

• A 10% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please note that the deposit is refundable according to our cancellation policy.

Balance Due

• The remaining 90% balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

• If you're booking within 6 weeks of your arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

Payment Options for Deposit and Final Balance

• Most Convenient and Economical: Bank Transfer (Wise) for a secure, fee-free and most cost-effective transfer, you can use our Wise account. Please contact us for our account details. To cover our currency conversion costs, a small 0.5% transaction fee will apply.

• Cash in Euros: We gladly accept cash payments in Euros upon arrival for the final balance, agreed in advance. This is a simple option, and we will match the current XE.com exchange rate for fair pricing.

• Credit and Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can pay using contactless, chip and PIN, or mobile wallets like Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Please note that a small transaction fee may apply to card payments, which can vary depending on the card issuer and the type of card used. These fees typically range from 0.75% to 3% of the transaction amount.
