Hola! We’re Pete and Mark.

A little while ago, we decided to trade the ordinary for a dream here in the sun-drenched hills near Lorca. REZEN.VILLAS is our passion project—a labour of love where we’re transforming a beautiful Spanish villa into a spacious sanctuary for the future.

Right now, we are firmly in the 'work-in-progress' stage. Between navigating local bureaucracy (10 months for a 20-day permit—ask us about it over a G&T! 🍸) and perfecting our home-grown almond recipes, we’re keeping things strictly personal.

We aren't open for public bookings yet, as we’re still busy tiling floors, testing the pool, and making sure the waterfall is just right. For now, we’re just enjoying the company of our friends and family who have been kind enough to come over and help us 'test-drive' the suites and tell us what they think of the latest kitchen trials. As well as lending a hand whilst we lend them work clothes!

Escape to the tranquil haven of Rezen.Villas, nestled in the intimate resort of Jurado. Our beautifully appointed self-catering suites comfortably accommodate up to 19 guests (plus infants in cots! Folding beds available upon request), offering the perfect escape for singles, couples, families, and groups. Relax and unwind in this peaceful haven, just 30 minutes from the sun-drenched shores of the Costa Cálida, a hidden gem on the southeastern coast of Spain, where the warm Mediterranean Sea meets miles of golden sand. Explore the hidden coves and golden beaches, immerse yourselves in the vibrant culture of historic towns like Águilas, and savour the flavours of authentic Spanish cuisine.

Your home away from home with luxury suites designed for your comfort

Choose from five spacious suites, each offering a unique blend of comfort and style.

Naranja Sol - sleeps 4: A luxurious 3-bedroom suite featuring a king ensuite, two single bedrooms, and a charming snug with a kitchenette. Step through grand Moorish arches onto your private terrace. (Not yet available for booking).
Almendra - sleeps 3 (up to 5 with sofa bed): Charming apartment with relaxing terrace and Moorish arches. King bedroom, mezzanine single, and kitchen/lounge/diner with sofa bed. Ideal for families or groups, connects to Mariposa suite.
Mariposa - sleeps 2: Intimate studio suite with private rooftop terrace access via an external staircase. Features a combined lounge/king bedroom, kitchenette, dining area, and shower room. Connects to Almendra suite for larger groups.
Serena - sleeps 2 (up to 4 with sofa bed): This spacious suite offers a luxurious king-sized bedroom and an expansive lounge with a sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen leads to a sprawling, Islamic-inspired courtyard and garden, perfect for relaxing or al fresco dining. A private shower room completes this intimate retreat.
Tranquilas - sleeps 4: Two beautifully appointed bedrooms. A spacious king suite with an open-plan lounge with access to a cosy private terrace and a comfortable twin room. Both bedrooms share access to a separate garden area, connected by the central kitchen. The accessible shower room and fully equipped kitchen provide a luxurious escape for couples or families.
Mirador - sleeps 2 (up to 4 with sofa bed): Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from this first-floor suite, featuring a private balcony overlooking the pool and grounds. Currently undergoing a full refurbishment for an even more luxurious experience! This suite offers easy access to the sauna and features an open-plan living area with a king-size bedroom with sofa bed, ensuite, and kitchenette.

Our 15m x 8m pool boasts a waterfall, arching jets, and diving board. Relax poolside with sun loungers, shaded seating, and a convenient bar.

Explore 14 acres of gardens, including 5 acres of landscaped grounds with peaceful seating areas. Discover hidden corners, shaded pathways, and a new outdoor yoga studio (coming soon!).

Escape to our four-person sauna with a changing room and shower. Plush towels and waffle robes enhance your post-sauna relaxation.

Relax in our heated 10m² poolside jacuzzi. With stunning views and plush robes provided, it's perfect for unwinding after a swim or a day of exploring.

Enjoy a hassle-free stay with fully equipped kitchens (welcome pack included), toiletries and fresh towels (plus pool towels), and convenient laundry facilities.

Unwind in our designer suites, each equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and thoughtful touches like bathrobes, towels and a hairdryer for your comfort.

Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, table tennis, or pétanque. Unleash your competitive spirit! A full-size tennis court is also available (currently under refurbishment).

Start your day with a delicious continental breakfast, included with your overnight stay. Our restaurant also offers lunch and special evening dining, though availability may vary.

El Veredicto Expansion Coming Soon!

We're thrilled to announce that El Veredicto will be open to the public by the end of next summer. This expansion will bring you an even greater variety of delicious meals throughout the day.

Savor delectable dishes at El Veredicto, our restaurant offering a delightful dining experience. Choose from the air-conditioned comfort of our indoor dining area, the charming ambiance of our courtyard, or the serene setting of our botanical gardens. For a more casual experience, enjoy the rustic flavors of a traditional grill at Barbacoa del Juez.
